Through my experiences as a c-suite executive, I have direct knowledge and insight into the challenges leaders face and how to identify opportunities that engage, motivate and build successful teams. In addition to my organizational leadership roles, I have experience as an operating consultant to global Private Equity firms –partnering with executives across multiple portfolio companies.

Beyond my coaching practice, I am passionate about and grateful for the opportunity to work with several non-profit organizations that are focused on creating economic empowerment for underserved individuals and communities, with a personal goal of contributing 20% of my earnings to their important work.
